Suriya to act in a web series

Tamil star Suriya is making his digital debut. The A-list star has agreed to be part of an anthologies web series to be produced by ace director Mani Rathnam.

Titled ‘Navarasa’, the series will have nine stories directed by nine different directors. Suriya will act in one of the stories. Aravind Swamy, Siddharth, and other stars who have an association with Mani Ratnam will also feature in them. This will Suriya’s digital debut. 

Suriya is awaiting ‘Aakasame Nee Haddura’ for release. The film was slated to hit the screens in summer 2020 but its release has been postponed indefinitely due to coronavirus.
