Trisha confirmed as the heroine in Chiru152

The search for the lead actress has ended. Trisha will pair up with Megastar Chiranjeevi. Director Koratala Siva was in dilemma till the other day about the right heroine but finally, he has locked Trisha as the heroine for Chiranjeevi in this film. She needs to sign on the dotted line. Once she does, her name will be announced officially.

Nayanthara and Anushka were considered initially but after much brainstorming, Trisha’s name has been finalized.

This would be Trisha’s second pairing with Chiranjeevi after ‘Stalin’. She was Chiranjeevi’s love interest in Murugadoss’s 2006 drama. Back then, they looked like an odd couple since Trisha was too young. However, Trisha has now matured as she is in her late 30’s. She would fit perfect Jodi for the megastar.

The film is set in the backdrop of Srikakulam. The regular shoot will commence shortly. Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy are producing the film.
