Tuesday, September 19, 2017 - 10:00

Top director S S Rajamouli has not decided about his next film yet as he is not satisfied with the story ideas bounced to him so far. It will take another three or four months before he zeroes in on one script.

Meanwhile, Rajamouli has finally bowed to the pressure from Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Rajamouli categorically stated that he doesn’t know anything about architecture and city planning, Mr Naidu wanted the director to give his ideas for the capital city Amaravathi.

After much pressure, Rajamouli is now holding discussions with CRDA officials of Amaravathi, the new capital city of truncated Andhra Pradesh. He will also give ideas (the aesthetic ideas) how the outer appearance of government building should be in the capital city. Mr. Naidu wants him to head to London to have discussions with Norman Foster, the international renowned architectural firm that is designing Amaravathi.
