Remember Bala? The director is famous for his movies like 'Siva Putrudu'. He made Vikram a star. Known for artistic sensibilities and daring filmmaking, the director is going through bad phase of late. His recent movies didn't play out well at the ticket window.

However, sentimental Vikram has roped in his favourite director to launch his son Dhruv as a hero. Bala will be directing the remake of 'Arjun Reddy' in Tamil with Dhruv as hero. Vikram has announced it through his Facebook account.

'Arjun Reddy', directed by Sandeep Vanga, was a sensational hit that made Vijay Devarakonda a heartthrob for youngsters. The movie's remake rights for Tamil were snapped up by E4 banner. It will soon be remade in Bollywood too.
