Naga Chaitanya as ANR in NTR Biopic?

Naga Chaitanya who played the role of late Akkineni Nageshwara Rao in recently released ‘Mahanati’ may have to perform it again. If reports are to be believed, director Krish has approached Naga Chaitanya to essay his grand father ANR’s role in the biopic on NTR.

Krish is directing NTR’s Biopic with Nandamuri Balakrishna. ANR was not only NTR’s contemporary but also a good friend. And both of them had acted together in many films and had maintained good relations between their families. Krish got impressed with Naga Chaitanya’s act in ‘Mahanati’. No wonder then that Krish approached Chaitu to do the role of ANR.

If everything goes according to the plan, Chaitu will be playing his grandpa’s role twice on the silver screen.
