Trisha cast in Superstar Rajinikanth's film

There have been many speculations about Superstar Rajinikanth's latest movie regarding the cast members. It was said that budding actress Malavika Mohanan has been paired up with Rajinikanth in this action drama that is being directed by Karthik Subbaraju of 'Pizza' fame. However, Sun Pictures, the production house that has bankrolled this mammoth movie, has not announced anything about Malavika yet.

Interestingly, the production house has now officially declared that Trisha has joined the cast of this movie though it has not divulged any further about her role. In her long career, this is first time that Trisha is acting in a Rajinikanth's movie. The 35-year-old actress must be excited to do this film as it has been her long dream to act with Rajinikanth.

The film has huge ensemble cast that includes Simra, Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
