The shooting of NTR Biopic is progressing briskly. Recently the first look of Sumanth was released, who will be seen as ANR in the film. Vidya Balan will play the role of Basavatarakam and Rana will be seen as Nara Chandrababu Naidu. 

The latest news is that Nithya Menen will be seen as Savithri in this film. Earlier it was said that Keerthy Suresh will be doing this role. But this actress could not do this role due to date issues. Hence Nithya was roped in.

Nithya Menen has already started shooting for this role in Hyderabad. Presently scenes are being shot on Balakrishna and Nithya Menen.
