'ICON' is not a freemake movie

It is known that Allu Arjun is all set to do a film with 'MCA' director Venu Sriram. Produced by Dil Raju, its caption is 'Kanabaduta Ledu'.

Various rumours have been heard about this stylishly-titled flick. It has been said by some that the movie is a copy of an Asian film. As per the reports, the heroine in 'ICON' loses her sight but falls in love with her secret admirer. By the time she regains her sight, the guy goes missing.  

Given the tagline 'Kanabaduta Ledu', many are assuming that the film is indeed a copy of the Asian movie in question.

However, our sources say that 'ICON' is going to be an original movie. It's neither a remake or a freemake. The film is expected to begin its shoot post in Sep/October this year. This is third film from Venu Sriram, who had earlier made Siddharth and Shruti starrer ‘Oh My Friend’ and Nani starrer ‘MCA’.
