Nayanthara fasting for a role!

Nayanthara is all set to play the role of a goddess. She is turning vegetarian to do this character. As long as the film’s shoot continues, she will fast, and also will take only vegetarian food. This is for a film to be directed by Tamil actor RJ Balaji.

In Bapu’s Sri Ramarajyam, she acted as Goddess Sita. After nearly 9 years, she is donning the role of another goddess. It was during the shoot of ‘Sri Ramarjyam’, she learned from director Bapu that actors who play mythological roles should refrain from taking non-veg food. She is doing the same.

Nayanthara is the number one actress in the Tamil film industry. She is now vacationing with her boyfriend in New York. 

Nayanthara recently appeared as Chiranjeevi’s wife in ‘Sye Raa’. But her high remuneration has made Telugu filmmakers not approach henceforth.
