We broke the news that Nandamuri Balakrishna heard the story narrated by senior Tamil movie director K S Ravikumar. We also reported that Balakrishna is planning to go with K S Ravikumar for his next movie. Latest developments suggest that this would be his 101st movie.

Balakrishna planned to launch 'Rythu'in the direction of Krishnavamsi as his 101st movie but it didn’t work out.  Later he also tried to launch a movie in the direction of Puri Jagannadh as well as Parachuri Murali but they are not happening immediately. His idea of doing sequel to 'Aditya 369' is also not going to take materialize this year.

So, Balakrishna is now said to have given green signal to launch K S Ravikumar's movie as his 101st movie. Balayya scored huge hit with ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’, his 100th film. The K S Ravikumar's project will be produced by C Kalyan. Devi Sri Prasad is being roped in to compose the music
