Lord Shiva's connection to Tollywood Biggies

This year Tollywood is going to witness many biggies which will have a small connection with Lord Shiva. On the festive ocassion of Shiva Rathri we explore three biggies and their connection with the god Shiva. 

Allu Arjun starrer 'DJ Duvvada Jagganadham' is having a link to Lord Shiva. The film will se Allu Arjun following Shaivism in this film. The teaser of this film will be released today on the festive ocassion of Shiva Rathri. Allu Arjun is paired with Pooja Hegde in this film, this film is directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Dil Raju.

The film in the combination of Mahesh Babu and Murugadoss also has a small connection with Lord Shiva. This is a super cop thriller, which will see Mahesh Babu in a IB officer's role. Mahesh Babu's character will be known as Shiva in this film. Not only that he destroys terrorists much like lord Shiva is known as destroyer. Rakul Preet will be his love interest in this movie. Made in three languages this is one of the much awaited films this season. 

It would be a crime not to mention Tollywood's iconic film 'Baahubali 2'. That scene when actor Prabhas gets usurps Shiva Linga in 'Baahubali' was ethched in the minds of fans. Prabhas character was also named Shivudu in this film. It is said that in the film 'Baahubali 2' will have more references to Lord Shiva. Rajamouli is starting off the promotiona activity of this film from today. 'Baahubali 2' will be coming to theatres on the 28th of April.
