'Ponniyan Selvan' is Mani Ratnam's dream project. A multi-starrer, his wish is to rope in Vijay, Vikram, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Simbu in the movie. If this is the incomplete list of actors from Kollywood and Bollywood, there is a Telugu actor the iconic director wants to work with.

It's none other than Nani. Mani had planned to cast the 'Jersey' actor in 'Nawaab'. However, the Natural Star refused. The film went on to become a blockbuster in Tamil.
