Releasing Today: Akhil pins hopes on Mr Majnu

Akhil’s third film titled ‘Mr.Majnu’ is hitting the screens today. The film is a crucial to the young actor’s career. He is hoping to taste the first hit with this film. Directed by Venky Atluri of ‘Tholi Prema’, this love story set in London has music by S S Thaman. The songs are already topping the charts.
Nidhi Agerwal of ‘Savyasachi’ has played his love interest. A story of Casanova, the film is not mere romantic drama it also does have family sentiments, said Akhil.
Since there is no other film in the competition other than the Sankranthi release ‘F2’, Akhil is hoping to cash in on the season. If it gets even average talk, he will score a hit.
