Sunil looking for character roles!?

Sunil ruled the Tollywood industry as top comedian a decade ago but he switched to lead actor roles after the blockbuster success of Rajamouli’s ‘Maryada Ramannna’. In recently released NTR and Trivikram’s ‘Aravindha Sametha’, that has set box-office on fire, he did a role that is considered more as a character artiste. There is hardly any comedy in the movie. He didn’t play the typical comedian character.

He seems to be planning to do roles that are important to the story than being a mere comedian. His brand of comedy has no appreciation in today’s times. So, it makes sense if he continues to play this kind of roles.

Sunil will next be seen in Ravi Teja starrer ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’. He has huge lineup of movies as well.
