Actor and producer Bandla Ganesh today announced that he is quitting from active politics for good. Bandla Ganesh made lot of hungama during Telangana assembly polls in last November. Surprising everyone, Bandla, who is close aide of Pawan Kalyan, joined Congress party last year and tried to contest as MLA on congress ticket.

He was made as official spokesperson in Telangana by congress high command. During election campaign, he even said that he would slit his throat if congress loses in the polls. The party did lose and TRS romped back to power.

Now seeing no future for congress party in Telangana, he has decided to quit politics.
